Using RyanVM Update Pack - avishni - 2006-09-29

Hello

I am trying to build an unattended windows install cd, and add the latest RyanVM UpdatePack.

the file that i downloaded from ryanvm web site is with 7z extension, and the program is looking for a cab file. i have tryied using the RVM_Integrator but didnt get any cab in as an output.

can anyone give me some information about how to use the RyanVM UpdatePack with the Windows Unattended CD Creator ?

Hello,

  1. Start Creator, click About -> Update and download newtwse language file
  2. Save Creator 1.0.2 Beta 5 to "C:\ProgramFiles\Windows Unattended CD Creator" and start it.
  3. Try again to integrate your Pack. You need 7-Zip installed to integrate .7z, .Zip or .rar Packs.
    Or you expand this pack and integrate this with Creator Beta 5 by using Entries.ini from expanded Pack.
Creator is not perfectly by integrating some RyanVM Packs!
My be is it better you using RVM Integrator or nLite.

Edit:
You can kombine RVM Integrator and nLite with Creator.
