Hallo WUCD'ler,


ich bin auf der Suche nach dem nervigen Reboot im Anschluß an die IE7-Installation (WF Update-Pack) auf folgende interessante Seite gestoßen:

Dort gibt es fertige Silent-Packs für dotNETfx & dotNETfx2, um ASP.NET abgespeckt und in deutsch; zusammen ganze 34 MB groß. Damit können theoretisch die Original-Verzeichnisse cmpnents und DOTNETFX mit zusammen 61 MB entfallen. Theoretisch? . . . . . ich bin halt noch nicht nicht dazu gekommen, es auszuprobieren!

Weiterhin gibt es dort die Tools USSF (Silent-Parameter-Finder) und CfgBoot_ini (Silent-Manipulation der Boot.ini -> /noguiboot anhängen).

Wer sich noch weiter umschaut, wird auch noch andere nützliche Tools für den täglichen Gebrauch finden (CLSID-Builder, System-EnvVar-Setter, CD-Tools).

!!! Wie gesagt, ich habe das alles bis jetzt noch nicht ausprobieren können, aber die Dinge scheinen durchaus brauchbar zu sein, denn dieser besagte Ari ist keinesfalls ein Anfänger und weiß jedenfalls, wovon er redet. !!!
