Welkom to the forum!

The most hotfixes uses /passive /norestart switch. Another 2 uses /Q.

You can download they from ms website, or you download a updatepack (serch in internet) and extract hotfixes from.

To know what a switch use a hotfix:

Start > Run > Serch
Select your hotfix
after path add /?
Run it and wait of answer
