It is the same thing.

1. In "Software" tab select UltraIso
2. Click "Select" and select UltraIso.reg
3. Click "Add"

Now have yout 2 steps to install UltraIso:
1. "%CDROM%\Software\UltraIso\uiso.exe" /VERYSILENT /SP- /NORESTART
2. regedit /s "%CDROM%\Software\UltraIso\UltraIso.reg"

You can switch steps with Up/Down
